Vifloral receives the information needed to identify the transaction, confirm payment, fulfil the order, handle refunds, and prevent fraud, but not your complete card credentials.

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably needed with:

• Waffo Pancake and its payment partners for checkout, payment, refunds, fraud checks, and transaction records.
• Netlify and other technical providers that host, secure, or deliver the website.
• Warehouses, carriers, customs agents, and delivery partners to fulfil and track an order.
• Professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights, or respond to a valid request.
• A successor in a genuine business reorganisation, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

The current site uses essential browser storage to remember language, cart contents, and local account/demo information. This information stays on your device until the website clears it or you clear browser data. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

Vifloral operates from China and serves international customers. Your information may therefore be processed in China and in countries where our payment, hosting, logistics, or support providers operate. Where required, we use contractual, technical, and organisational protections for international transfers.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose described, to resolve disputes, or to meet tax, accounting, payment, consumer-protection, and other legal requirements.

• Browser-stored cart, language, and local account/demo information: until you clear it or the site removes it.
